Our smaller school size ensures your preschooler can learn and grow around other children while also experiencing a calm environment with limited outside distractions. The St. John Preschool space accommodates four different preschool room experiences; our group learning room, literacy room, drama room, and large motor indoor space.
The group learning room is where the preschoolers start their day. Our teachers hold group lessons, storytime, experiments, and interactive group activities here.
The kitchen is where children independently wash their hands and help prepare snacks. We have a fridge and microwave available for use if needed.
The drama room is an engaging, fun, and interactive free play room where preschoolers use their imaginations and grow their social interaction skills with their classmates and teachers. Our teachers are consistently creating new and exciting dynamic free-play activities in this room to keep it fresh and stimulating for our preschoolers.

The Literacy room is where children engage in small group literacy lessons. This space allows for individualized learning experiences with your child's teacher.

Our large indoor space allows for large motor movement activities like obstacle courses, dancing, and other games.
We believe outdoor play and exploration is a crucial part of early childhood development. We aim to spend a portion of our mornings and afternoons outside every day (weather permitting). Classroom walks around Lindenwood Park, free play in our playground area or yard space, and outdoor classroom lessons all contribute to a well-rounded day for your preschooler!
